A step beyond the North East
Middlewood Locks marked our first acquisition through Kennedy Prime Properties Limited. Purchased off-plan, the new-build apartment brought a different type of property and location to our experience as landlords.
From purchase to management
We completed the purchase on 8 August 2025. The apartment is professionally managed, bringing local management support to a property outside our North East base.
What we learned
This acquisition came before the next stage of our structured property education. Reflecting on the capital committed to this purchase helped inform the way we approached later deals.
